Zephyrtronics is an old-fashioned, small American manufacturer of highly specialized equipment in Los Angeles County. 
We work very hard to have all catalog items in stock so we can ship immediately when possible. Most all of our orders are 
processed and shipped within 3-5 days time. While we applaud the efficiency of many terrific ecommerce sites like Amazon®,
we might sometimes be a bit slower because of the small size of our 23-year old company. Because we are an original

equipment manufacturer and not a distributor, please understand that you are ordering from the factory itself, and with our larger
equipment, demand can outpace our production / warehouse capacity, and occasionally we must backorder and will be happy to
provide you with our current factory lead-times. If you have any questions as to availability, you can call our offices.

Notice to our international customers: International orders require additional formal paperwork such as commercial invoices,

customs forms, NAFTA forms, scheduling special pick-ups and extra handling at our factory. Because of this, there is a $75 

surcharge for all international orders. International orders may be required to ship on customer's UPS/FedEx accounts.

We cannot ship international orders out same day as order is received and there can be as much as a week in delay because
of international paperwork and requirements that vary from country to country. International orders must be $100.00 or more.
In most cases, international orders must be paid by advance bank transfer. Zephyrtronics will issue customer a pro-forma invoice.
