Dispenses Wide Range of Viscosities: The ZT-5100 is a premium, precision fluid dispensing system for most all viscosities of fluids featuring digital timing control for reproducibility and regulated vacuum helping prevent unwanted drippings.

Two Dispensing Modes:  Automatic and Manual Shots: For dispensing tasks that require some "eyeballing" and/or beading, the ZT-5100 features a lighted timer bypass switch and a foot pedal for manual operation. (Pedal is standard equipment!)

"Suck-Back" Feature Prevents Unwanted Drippings During Dispensing: It's important to point out that the ZT-5100 AirMill™ also has a dial control right on the front panel for vacuum adjustments for "suck back" to balance the dispensing pressure against unwanted drippings. So whether you are  dispensing solder pastes, adhesives, sealants or lubricants, the ZT-5100 will increase your productivity, decrease fluid waste, increase worker confidence, decrease rework, increase quality and consistency, and decrease scrap...saving time, money and frustration.

Easy Navigation Front Panel: The control panel of the ZT-5100 is distinctive and easy-to-navigate with clear markings for the Barrel Vacuum Control, the Air Pressure Dial and the Timing Control. Moreover, both the Main Power Switch and the Timer By-Pass Switch are illuminated. Typical of Zephyrtronics products, the Owners Manual is filled with helpful dispensing techniques.
