Video: BGA DeSoldering & Removal Demonstration With NASA Commentary:  This short, helpful video demonstrates how to de-solder and remove Ball Grid Array devices in less than 5 minutes. It introduces the ZT-7000 Comprehensive BGA, SMD, QFN Hot Air Benchtop System. Thermal profiling and ramping is taught with preheating, soaking and final reflow and removal of a BGA, QFN, CSP & SMD's. The video includes board prep, chip aligning, fluxing, soldering/desoldering and PCB clean-up and inspection.

The video also touches on quality inspection of the PCB after rework.
